How secure is the facility?

Our facility features 24/7 digital surveillance with multiple cameras monitoring all areas. We have gated access with personalized codes for each customer, ensuring only authorized individuals can enter. Additionally, each unit has its own secure lock, and our staff regularly patrols the premises.

Do you have ground-level units?

Yes! We offer a variety of ground-level units for easy access without stairs. These units allow you to drive right up and unload your belongings directly into your storage space, making the moving process much simpler and more convenient, especially for heavy items.

Are there moving carts available on-site?

Absolutely! We provide complimentary moving carts and dollies on-site for all our customers. These tools are available at no extra charge and make it easy to transport your items from your vehicle to your storage unit. We also have wide hallways and elevators for easy maneuvering.

What happens if I forget my gate code?

No worries! If you forget your gate code, simply call our office during business hours at (360) 225-8686, and our friendly staff will verify your identity and provide your code. For after-hours assistance, you can also reach our 24/7 support line for immediate help.
